About these terms
This site is run by ChillTech Innovations in Lusaka, Zambia. By joining the waitlist or signing the seller letter of intent you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or over.
The shopper waitlist
- Joining is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
- We will email you before the public opening so you can shop early.
- Your first order placed with the email address you joined with gets free standard delivery within our delivery areas in Lusaka. We will explain how to claim it when we open. It has no cash value and cannot be swapped.
- Your share link: each person who joins with it moves you up our invite order. We may remove signups that look fake, duplicated or automated, and the invites they earned.
- You can leave the list at any time.
The seller letter of intent
- The letter of intent records that you plan to sell on ZedVault. It is not a contract to sell, and you can withdraw at any time.
- Founding Seller terms are set out in the letter and go to the first 20 sellers to sign, in the order they sign.
- Selling on ZedVault needs a seller application and our approval under the seller terms we publish at launch.
- Only sign for a business you run or are allowed to act for. One letter per phone number.
Fair use
- Give true details. Do not sign up other people without their permission.
- Do not use automated tools to sign up, or try to get around how this site works.
Before launch
ZedVault is not open yet. We describe how it will work as accurately as we can, but details may change before launch, and we have not set the opening date. If something that affects your letter of intent changes, we tell you before you list.
Our responsibility
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by the site being unavailable or by changes to our launch plans. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Zambian consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
